The real key to the effectiveness of professionals is their ability to put their domain knowledge into effective practice. In this connection, Genius International Public School organised a personality development and communication skills workshop on March 23, 2023.
The session began with the lamp lightening and welcome address by Vice Principal Mrs Bhupinder Kaur. The lecture's experts were Mr. Dilbagh Singh and Mrs. Anjali Singh, directors of the Brain Power service. The various facets of holistic personality development were addressed, including dressing sensibly, manners, stress management, life skills, body language, time management, and communication skills. Also, Mr. Ashok Yogi and Mr. Jasvir Singh led several exercises to improve the educators' communication abilities.
Director Ms. Gurpreet Mathur discussed the characteristics of effective leaders.
In conclusion, it was a lively workshop that helped the teachers gain more self-assurance.
