National Science Day Celebration at Genius School!
On February 28, 2024, Genius International Public School commemorated National Science Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. This year's theme, "Science for Sustainable Development," resonated throughout the event.
National Science Day holds special significance as it marks the anniversary of a remarkable discovery by one of India's greatest scientists, CV Raman, on February 28, 1930, pertaining to the photon theory of light.
The celebration commenced with insightful speeches by students, delving into the history and importance of science, as well as highlighting the significance of National Science Day.
Mrs. Gurpreet Mathur, the esteemed Director of the school, emphasized the vastness of the field of science and encouraged students to actively engage in scientific pursuits to contribute to the nation's progress.
